SENGEING MACHINE

Precision-engineered singeing machines for the textile industry. Prioritizing safety and efficiency.

Experience up to three precise singeing positions with intense performance.

  • The basic unit features two Double-Jet burners, enabling singeing on both sides in one pass or one side twice, offering three, two, or one singeing position(s).

  • Choose from gas, gasified petrol, or kerosene heating options, with a TAIZHOU-made gasifier.

  • Adjust flame intensity, width, and distance smoothly.

  • Set singeing parameters manually or use program-controlled settings for precision.

  • Safety features meet local regulations.

  • For high-speed processes like rope bleaching lines, four-burner singeing units are available.

Singeing on Free-Guided Fabric: Precision at Every Angle

For fabrics moving freely between guide rollers, the singeing flame intersects at a perpendicular angle. This method is optimal for fabrics composed of 100% natural fibers or blends that have been meticulously processed and weigh over 250g/m2.

Singeing on Cooled Rollers: Precision for Delicate Fabrics

In this technique, the fabric encounters the singeing flame at a right angle as it bends over a water-cooled roller. This method is ideal for fabrics with temperature-sensitive fibers, open-weave blends, and weights below 250 g/m2.

Refined Tangential Singeing Technique

Tangential singeing involves directing the flame close to the fabric surface, with the jet angled tangent to the fabric. This method is ideal for materials sensitive to direct flame exposure, aiding in fiber equalization and filament repair. Additionally, singeing outcomes are influenced by key parameters such as speed, flame intensity, and fabric-to-burner distance. These parameters are easily adjustable and monitored, ensuring a precise and reproducible process.
